- Chop onions, cucumber, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander
- Mix the chopped vegetables and cornflakes together
- Add a handful of roasted peanuts, salt and chilli powder to taste, along with chaat masala
- Drizzle lemon juice just before you serve. You can also use sweet tamarind chutney as well as spicy green chutney
