Nutritious Muesli Laddoos

  1. Lightly pan roast some muesli
  2. Set aside around ½ cup of the toasted muesli
  3. Mix the rest of the muesli with some pitted dates and honey in a food processor till you get a coarse dough. Alternatively, you can substitute the dates and honey with stevia sugar
  4. Make small laddoos out of the dough and roll them in the toasted muesli
  5. Refrigerate for up to an hour or till the laddoos are firm
  6. Your delicious, easy-to-make Muesli Laddoos are ready!
