Wellbe Kabuli Chana is sourced from wholly organic farms in Rajasthan. One of the earliest cultivated legumes, Kabuli chana, also known as white chickpeas, is a rich source of protein and dietary fibre. It is grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers that usually contain phosphorus and nitrogen. Conventional Kabuli chana is polished - this process removes the outer nutritional layer. Wellbe Kabuli Chana is unpolished and retains all essential nutrients while being low in fat. It is free of artificial preservatives and is unadulterated.

Appearance
Kabuli chana is a small, hard, knobby, beige-coloured bean. Wellbe Kabuli Chana varies in colour and texture, since it is grown using organic methods. No preservatives or additives are added to enhance taste or appearance.
