About 
Wellbe Organic Wild Forest Honey is made from bees that feed on a variety of florets - around 20 different types of herbs - which have three times the medicinal properties of regular honey. They are collected from the colonies of Apis Laboriosa, Apis dorsata and Apis Cerana bees. The Apis Laboriosa (giant Himalayan honey bee) builds its honeycombs at higher levels - tree branches and cliff overhangs. The honey is collected by the Gihar tribes, who are traditional honey hunters. Wellbe honey is extracted using the cold-press method without the use of any heat, which helps preserve the naturally-occurring pollen and enzymes.

Appearance
Wellbe Wild Honey varies in colour and texture, since it is farmed using organic methods. No preservatives or additives are added to enhance taste or appearance. Pure honey tends to crystallise due to cold temperatures. It can be liquified by lowering the jar in some warm water.
